Might require a patch! I can look into this when I have more time in a week or so.

Additional Notes: Smelted items register as needed quest items & no issues to report with scrapping table. Work around I used was to hire the assistant to do all crafting and tempering jobs. Is this fixable in a later update or able to be patched?
